1. Controller

2. Data we process

Account: first name, last name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), selected airports, account role and status. Purpose: providing your account (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

Sign-in: a session cookie that keeps you signed in (strictly necessary, no tracking), IP address and browser type of sessions and failed sign-in attempts to protect accounts (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Emails: confirmation and password emails are sent via our email provider [provider, e.g. Hostinger].

Reports and requests: data reports and airport coverage requests you submit, linked to your account.

3. No tracking

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Your display settings are stored in your browser only.

4. Storage period

Account data is kept until you delete your account. Security logs are deleted after [x] days.

5. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us at hello@planescope.app.
